I've picked up all the reissues so far (except the Bran Mak Morn one, but I'll get to it eventually). The University of Nebraska Press has published several volumes of his more obscure stories, including his boxing tales and westerns. They're worth checking out.
Yeah, he had a lot of great stories. I also liked Almuric, although is was a ERB knockoff.
Did you buy the recent reissues of his Conan work? What was nice about it was that they reprinted the work as he work it, instead of trying to force a continuity on it the way De Camp did. They also reprinted it as it originally appeared, instead of worrying about being politically correct.
That's a tough call. Red Nails is definitely the best Conan story, but my favorite Howard story overall is probably the Moon of Skulls, a Solomon Kane story.
thanks a bunch for your comment on my page, i'm only just trying my hand at photography now; which is why i've taken a liking to this aspect of it. So many possiblities.

thanks for the recognition!
I should be putting more self-portraits up as I slowly scan negatives in my "free time"
